Orders that would violate applicable law will be canceled. Cancellation, processing, or restocking fees may apply under Section 7.

4. NFA and Class III Items

This section applies to suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, and Any Other Weapons.

• NFA items require ATF approval and payment of the applicable tax stamp before transfer.
• Transfers are processed using the appropriate ATF form, including Form 3 or Form 4, and remain subject to all federal, state, and local requirements.
• No NFA item will ship or transfer until the required ATF approval has been received and verified.
• The buyer is responsible for all tax stamps, transfer fees, fingerprints, photographs, and applicable state or local requirements.
• If the ATF disapproves a transfer, the cancellation provisions in Section 7 will apply.

5. FFL Transfers for Non-NFA Firearms

• Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder unless direct shipment is expressly permitted by law.
• The buyer must select a receiving dealer and ensure that dealer provides Texas Guns with a current, valid FFL before shipment.
• Firearms will not ship until FFL verification is complete.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to purchase every selected item and that all submitted information is accurate.
• Texas Guns reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order because of suspected fraud, legal concerns, listing errors, or supply constraints.
• Prices and product availability may change without notice.
• If an obvious pricing, specification, or listing error occurs, we may cancel or correct the order.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Restocking

• Customer-requested cancellations after payment may incur a processing or restocking fee of up to 15%.
• Firearms, receivers, frames, serialized parts, and NFA items are not returnable after transfer or once an ATF process has begun.
• Ammunition is non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.
• Accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days when unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for approved return-shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
• Product defects and warranty issues are generally handled by the manufacturer. Texas Guns will assist with contact information when needed.

8. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
• Inspect shipments promptly and report shipping damage to both the carrier and Texas Guns within 48 hours.
• Signature and adult-age verification may be required.
• Products will be shipped only where lawful and will not be shipped to a restricted location when possession would be unlawful.

9. Magazine, Ammunition, and Feature Restrictions

• Buyers in jurisdictions with magazine-capacity limits must select a compliant option or request removal or substitution when offered.
• If no compliant option is available, Texas Guns may cancel the order and apply the provisions of Section 7.
• Products will not be substituted or modified unless expressly offered.
• Ammunition will ship only where lawful. Certain locations may require permits, age verification, or delivery to an FFL.

10. Product Descriptions and Photographs

• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, prices, or photographs are free from error.
• Minor variations from product images or listed specifications may occur.
• Buyers must verify caliber, mounting system, compatibility, dimensions, and fitment before purchasing.

11. Training, Safety, and Use

• Firearms and related products must be used safely, legally, and only as intended by responsible and qualified individuals.
• Always follow manufacturer instructions, accepted safety practices, and applicable law.

2. NFA and Class III Items

• NFA-regulated items must follow the required ATF Form 3 or Form 4 process.
• Texas Guns will not transfer or ship an NFA item until the applicable ATF approval is complete.
• Buyers are responsible for applicable tax stamps, transfer fees, fingerprints, photographs, and other required documentation.
• No refunds are available after NFA paperwork has been submitted.

3. Ammunition and Accessory Shipments

• Ammunition and accessories ship only where lawful to possess.
• Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.
• Certain jurisdictions restrict ammunition type, caliber, or direct delivery. Buyers are responsible for knowing the law in their jurisdiction.
• Accessories may ship directly to the buyer when no legal restriction applies.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment and required FFL verification.
• Tracking information will be provided when available.
• Processing and delivery times may vary because of inventory levels, compliance review, carrier delays, or other circumstances.
• Adult signature verification may be required.
• Texas Guns is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or third-party service interruptions after a package leaves our facility.

5. Shipping Damage or Loss

• Inspect every package upon delivery and report visible damage to the carrier immediately.

• Do not accept a visibly damaged package without noting the damage with the carrier.
• Damage or loss claims must include photographs and all original packaging.

• Ammunition is non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.
• Accessories may be returned within 14 days when unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping on an approved return.
• A restocking or processing fee of up to 15% may apply to cancellations, returns, or refused shipments.
• Manufacturer defects and warranty claims are generally handled directly through the manufacturer.

7. Restricted States and Compliance

• Texas Guns will not ship a product prohibited by law to a restricted state, municipality, or other jurisdiction.
• Buyers are responsible for confirming product legality before ordering.
• Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled and may be subject to fees under Section 6.

1. Firearms, Serialized Items, and NFA Products

• Firearm, receiver, and serialized-part sales are final after transfer or once ATF paperwork has begun.
• Texas Guns cannot issue a refund or accept a return for a firearm already transferred to the purchaser.
• NFA items are non-refundable after the Form 3 or Form 4 process begins, regardless of approval status.
• If the ATF disapproves a transfer, any refund will be reviewed individually and may be subject to administrative fees.

2. Ammunition

• Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged after it leaves our facility.
• Buyers must verify caliber, quantity, and legal eligibility before purchase.

3. Accessories, Gear, and Non-Serialized Products

• Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery when unused, unopened, complete, and in original packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee of up to 15%.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before shipment may incur a processing or restocking fee of up to 15%.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Texas Guns will determine the appropriate correction, replacement, exchange, or refund after verifying the issue.

Payment Authorization

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Buyers agree not to initiate an improper chargeback or payment dispute for:
