- PRIVACY POLICY
Please review our Privacy Policy (available on our website) to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Continued use of the site is acceptance of that policy. - AGE & ELIGIBILITY
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, ammo (where permitted), or accessories, and 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammo.
• By ordering, you represent that you meet all legal requirements to purchase and possess the items selected. - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: KNOW YOUR LAWS
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and follow all federal, state, and local laws regarding:
• Firearm types and features (e.g., semi-auto rifles, pistols, shotguns, threaded barrels, pistol braces, etc.)
• Magazine capacity limits in your jurisdiction
• Ammunition restrictions (caliber/type, hollow point, incendiary, armor-piercing, etc.)
• Required permits, waiting periods, age limits, storage/transport rules
Orders that would violate any law will be canceled. A cancellation or restocking fee may apply (see Section 7). - NFA / CLASS III ITEMS (Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, Machine Guns, AOWs)
• NFA items require ATF approval and the applicable tax stamp before transfer.
• Transfers are processed on the correct ATF form (Form 3 or Form 4) with all federal/state requirements.
• No NFA item ships or transfers until ATF approval is received and verified.
• Buyer is responsible for all tax stamps, transfer fees, fingerprints, photos, and any state/local requirements.
• If ATF disapproves a transfer, we will follow our cancellation policy (see Section 7). - FFL TRANSFERS (NON-NFA)
• All firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. No direct shipments to individuals, unless allowed by law.
• Buyer must provide FFL details and ensure the receiving dealer sends us a valid FFL before shipment.
• Firearms will not ship until FFL verification is complete. - ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
• By placing an order, you confirm you are legally eligible to buy each item and that all information provided is accurate.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for suspected fraud, legal issues, errors, or supply constraints.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
• If an obvious listing error occurs, we may cancel or correct the order. - CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & RESTOCKING
• Customer-requested cancellations after payment may incur up to a 15% restocking/processing fee.
• Firearms (and receivers/frames), serialized parts, and NFA items are not returnable once transferred to you or once an ATF process has begun.
• Ammunition is not returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.
• Accessories may be returnable if unopened and within 14 days; buyer pays return shipping; up to a 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Defects or warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer; we will assist with contact information. - SHIPPING, TITLE & LOSS
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier acceptance. Inspect all shipments promptly and report shipping damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.
• Signature and adult-age verification may be required.
• We ship only where lawful. We do not ship to restricted locations for any item that would be unlawful there. - MAGAZINE CAPACITY, AMMO & FEATURE RESTRICTIONS
• If your jurisdiction restricts magazine capacity (e.g., 10 or 15 rounds), you must select compliant options or request removal/substitution where offered.
• If no compliant option is available, we may cancel the order and apply Section 7.
• We do not substitute or modify items unless explicitly offered.
• Ammo shipments are made only where lawful. Some areas restrict certain calibers/types or require age verification, permits, or in-person FFL pickup. - PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOS
• We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, or photos are error-free. Minor variations from images/specs may occur.
• Always verify compatibility (caliber, mounting, fitment, etc.) before purchasing. - TRAINING, SAFETY & USE
• Firearms and related products must be used safely, legally, and as intended by qualified, responsible individuals.
• Always follow manufacturer instructions and all applicable laws.
• Nothing on our site constitutes legal advice or a substitute for training. - ACCOUNT SECURITY
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content, logos, trademarks, and materials are the property of Texas Guns, Inc. or its licensors. No use is permitted without written consent. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Texas Guns, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of products or the website.

Texas Guns, Inc. – Shipping & Return Policy

Texas Guns, Inc. strives to provide fast, secure, and compliant shipping on all firearm and accessory orders. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding shipment, delivery, and returns.
1) Firearm Shipments
• All firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
• The buyer is responsible for selecting a receiving dealer and ensuring the dealer provides a signed copy of their FFL to sales@texasgunsinc.com before shipment.
• Firearms will not ship directly to any individual unless permitted by federal law.
• Firearms are shipped only after full payment and FFL verification.
• Title transfers to the buyer once the firearm is received by the designated FFL.
2) NFA / Class III Items
• All NFA-regulated items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, and AOWs) must follow ATF Form 3 or Form 4 procedures.
• Texas Guns, Inc. will not transfer or ship any NFA item until ATF approval is finalized.
• Buyers are responsible for all tax stamps, transfer fees, and fingerprints/photos required by law.
• No refunds are available once NFA paperwork has been submitted.
3) Ammunition & Accessory Shipments
• Ammunition and accessories ship only where legal to possess.
• Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
• Some jurisdictions restrict ammunition types, calibers, or direct-to-consumer shipments. Buyers are responsible for knowing their local laws.
• Accessories may be shipped directly to the buyer, provided no legal restrictions apply.
4) Processing & Delivery
• Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment and FFL verification.
• Tracking information will be provided once available.
• Shipping times may vary due to inventory levels, carrier delays, or compliance verification.
• Adult signature (21+) is required for all firearm deliveries.
• Texas Guns, Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or third-party service interruptions once the package leaves our facility.
5) Shipping Damage or Loss
• Inspect all packages upon receipt. Report visible damage to the carrier immediately and notify us within 48 hours at sales@texasgunsinc.com.
• Do not accept visibly damaged packages without notation to the carrier.
• Claims for shipping loss or damage must include photos and all original packaging.
• Once a package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.
6) Returns & Cancellations
• Firearms, serialized parts, and NFA items are non-returnable once transferred or once ATF paperwork has begun.
• Ammunition is non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.
• Accessories may be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Buyer pays return shipping on approved returns.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to cancellations, returns, or refused shipments.
• Manufacturer defects or warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We’ll assist with contact information when needed.
7) Restricted States & Compliance
• We do not ship any product prohibited by law to restricted states or municipalities.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring the legality of their purchase before ordering.
• Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and may be subject to fees under Section 6.

Texas Guns, Inc. – Refund Policy

Texas Guns, Inc. is committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of firearm and ammunition sales, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.
1) Firearms, Serialized Items & NFA Products
• All firearm, receiver, and serialized part sales are final once a transfer has occurred or ATF paperwork has begun.
• We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for firearms that have been transferred to your possession.
• NFA (Class III) items — including suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and other regulated products — are non-refundable once the ATF Form 3 or Form 4 process has started, regardless of approval status.
• If ATF disapproves a transfer, refunds will be reviewed case-by-case and may be subject to administrative fees.
2) Ammunition
• Due to safety, federal law, and storage regulations, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once it leaves our facility.
• Please verify caliber, quantity, and legality before purchasing.
3) Accessories, Gear & Non-Serialized Products
• Accessories and non-serialized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:
– Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
– In resalable condition with all included components
• Returns require prior authorization by emailing sales@texasgunsinc.com.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee (when applicable).
4) Order Cancellations
• Orders canceled before shipping may incur a 15% processing or restocking fee, especially for special-order or allocated items.
• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
• Orders canceled due to legal restrictions, non-compliance, or failure to provide a valid FFL may also be subject to fees.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@texasgunsinc.com.
• We will arrange correction, exchange, or refund as appropriate after verifying the issue.
• Manufacturer defects are covered by the product manufacturer’s warranty. Texas Guns, Inc. will assist in providing contact information or warranty support if needed.
6) Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for products showing signs of use, damage, or modification.

Payment Authorization
You authorize Texas Guns, Inc. to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping, transfer fees, and any disclosed processing or compliance fees.
All Sales Subject to Compliance
All firearm, ammunition, and regulated item sales are contingent upon legal compliance, FFL verification, and (where applicable) ATF approval. Compliance delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the buyer to a refund.
FFL Transfer & Background Check Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
• Firearms must be transferred through a valid FFL dealer
• Approval of the transfer and any background check is solely the responsibility of the buyer and the receiving FFL
• Denial, delay, or refusal by an FFL or background check system does not entitle the buyer to a refund
Returned firearms due to denial or refusal may be subject to restocking, return shipping, and administrative fees.
No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any of the following reasons:
• Failure to understand local or state firearm laws
• FFL refusal, transfer denial, or delay
• Order cancellation due to legal non-compliance
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Buyer error (incorrect address, wrong item selection, failure to provide FFL)
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and collection of associated fees.
Fraud & Payment Review
Texas Guns, Inc. reserves the right to place orders on hold for fraud prevention, payment verification, or compliance review. Additional documentation may be required before an order is approved or shipped.
Processing & Cancellation Fees
Orders canceled after payment — including cancellations due to legal restrictions or buyer non-compliance — may incur processing, administrative, or restocking fees of up to 15%, as outlined in our Refund and Terms & Conditions policies.
Final Agreement
