Federal law requires firearms to be transferred through a licensed FFL — we take care of the process and guide you every step of the way.

How It Works

Purchase your firearm from the seller of your choice
Select Texas Guns, Inc. as your receiving FFL
We notify you when your firearm arrives
Complete paperwork and background check on-site
Take possession once approved

FFL Transfer Fee

$20.00 per firearm

Important Notes

Firearms must be shipped from a licensed FFL dealer
A copy of the sender’s FFL must be included with the shipment
Transfers are available to Texas residents only
