No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any of the following reasons: • Failure to understand local or state firearm laws • FFL refusal, transfer denial, or delay • Order cancellation due to legal non-compliance • Shipping delays beyond our control • Buyer error (incorrect address, wrong item selection, failure to provide FFL) Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and collection of associated fees.
