Chargeback & Payment Dispute Prohibition You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any of the following reasons: Failure to understand or comply with firearm or ammunition laws FFL refusal, background check denial, or regulatory delay Order cancellation due to legal non-compliance Shipping delays beyond our control Buyer error, including incorrect information, failure to provide an FFL, or incorrect item selection Dissatisfaction after verification or compliance review Unauthorized chargebacks may result in: Permanent account termination Recovery of chargeback fees, investigation costs, and administrative expenses Submission of transaction records, verification documentation, IP logs, and acknowledgments to payment processors and issuing banks Processing, Administrative & Cancellation Fees Orders canceled after payment authorization — including cancellations due to buyer error, legal restrictions, or verification failure — may incur processing, administrative, and restocking fees of up to 15%, as outlined in our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
