Texas Guns, Inc. – Payment Authorization & Checkout Agreement
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Payment Authorization
You authorize Texas Guns, Inc. to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping, transfer fees, and any disclosed processing or compliance fees.
All Sales Subject to Compliance
All firearm, ammunition, and regulated item sales are contingent upon legal compliance, FFL verification, and (where applicable) ATF approval. Compliance delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the buyer to a refund.
FFL Transfer & Background Check Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
• Firearms must be transferred through a valid FFL dealer
• Approval of the transfer and any background check is solely the responsibility of the buyer and the receiving FFL
• Denial, delay, or refusal by an FFL or background check system does not entitle the buyer to a refund
Returned firearms due to denial or refusal may be subject to restocking, return shipping, and administrative fees.
No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any of the following reasons:
• Failure to understand local or state firearm laws
• FFL refusal, transfer denial, or delay
• Order cancellation due to legal non-compliance
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Buyer error (incorrect address, wrong item selection, failure to provide FFL)
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and collection of associated fees.
Fraud & Payment Review
Texas Guns, Inc. reserves the right to place orders on hold for fraud prevention, payment verification, or compliance review. Additional documentation may be required before an order is approved or shipped.
Processing & Cancellation Fees
Orders canceled after payment — including cancellations due to legal restrictions or buyer non-compliance — may incur processing, administrative, or restocking fees of up to 15%, as outlined in our Refund and Terms & Conditions policies.
Final Agreement
By completing this purchase, you confirm that:
• You are legally eligible to purchase the selected items
• You have reviewed and agree to all posted Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Compliance Notices
• You accept full responsibility for lawful ownership and transfer
