Texas Guns, Inc. – Payment Authorization, Identity Verification & Checkout Agreement

By checking the acknowledgment box and completing your purchase, you affirmatively authorize and agree to the following terms:
Payment Authorization & Buyer Intent
You expressly authorize Texas Guns, Inc. to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, transfer fees, compliance costs, and any disclosed processing or administrative fees.
You confirm that this transaction is intentional, authorized by you, and not the result of fraud, coercion, or third-party misuse of your payment method.
Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, Texas Guns, Inc. reserves the right to:
Place any order on hold for manual fraud review
Request additional verification, including but not limited to:
Government-issued photo ID
Payment method verification
Billing address confirmation
Order acknowledgment confirmation
Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in order cancellation without shipment, subject to applicable processing or administrative fees.
All Sales Subject to Legal & Regulatory Compliance
All firearm, ammunition, and regulated item sales are conditional upon full compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including:
Valid FFL verification
Background check approval (where applicable)
ATF or regulatory approval (where applicable)
Compliance delays or denials do not constitute breach of contract and do not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund.
FFL Transfer & Background Check Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
Firearms must be transferred through a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)
Transfer approval and background check outcomes are outside the control of Texas Guns, Inc.
Any denial, delay, or refusal by a background check system or receiving FFL is the sole responsibility of the buyer
Returned firearms due to denial or refusal may be subject to return shipping, restocking, and administrative fees.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Prohibition
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any of the following reasons:
Failure to understand or comply with firearm or ammunition laws
FFL refusal, background check denial, or regulatory delay
Order cancellation due to legal non-compliance
Shipping delays beyond our control
Buyer error, including incorrect information, failure to provide an FFL, or incorrect item selection
Dissatisfaction after verification or compliance review
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Permanent account termination
Recovery of chargeback fees, investigation costs, and administrative expenses
Submission of transaction records, verification documentation, IP logs, and acknowledgments to payment processors and issuing banks
Processing, Administrative & Cancellation Fees
Orders canceled after payment authorization — including cancellations due to buyer error, legal restrictions, or verification failure — may incur processing, administrative, and restocking fees of up to 15%, as outlined in our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Final Buyer Acknowledgment
By completing this purchase, you certify and affirm that:
You are legally eligible to purchase the selected items
You are the authorized cardholder or have authorization to use the payment method
You understand this transaction involves regulated goods
You have reviewed and agree to all posted Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Compliance Notices
